Could you please tell me, what documents are needed to apply for an employer's liability insurance?
To conclude the "Contract of Compulsory Insurance of Employer's Civil Liability", the employer, in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 24, 2009 N 177, submits the following documents to the insurer:
a) an application for the conclusion of a compulsory insurance contract in the form in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the Rules; approved in the Appendix of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 24.06.2009 N 177
b) a copy of the passport of the employer - an individual or other document proving his identity (pages with a photo card and the last registration mark)
c) a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of the employer (for legal entities)
The employer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information and documents submitted to the insurer
What risks are covered by car insurance (CASCO)?
- traffic accident (RTA);
- fire, explosion;
- hit/fall of objects;
- flood, storm, hurricane, downpour, hail, heavy snowfall, collapse, landslide, mudflow, lightning strike, earthquake;
- illegal action of third parties in relation to the vehicle;
- Vehicle theft.
Is there a discount for pensioners with compulsory insurance of their vehicle?
Yes. A 50% discount is provided to pensioners with compulsory insurance of their vehicle.
