Another group of employees of JSC "Uzagrosugurta" successfully completed a refresher course.
The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan conducted courses in the direction of “Modern management and managerial skills".
The students gained new knowledge and skills in the following areas:
The importance of the transition to a compact and efficient system of public administration;
Change management: basic models and principles;
System analysis in management;
Human resource management and motivation;
The modern look of the head;
Forming an effective team;
Rational use of time;
Effectiveness of the manager's speech;
Emotional exhaustion, elimination of its consequences.
